Grace Period

SpeedLinks provides a short grace period after your due date before suspending service. The exact grace period depends on your package type โ€” typically 3โ€“5 days. You will receive SMS notifications before suspension.

Service Suspension

If payment is not received after the grace period, your internet service will be temporarily suspended. You will not be able to browse or stream, but your account remains active.

Service suspension does not cancel your account or affect your connection infrastructure. Your line remains in place and reconnection is fast.

Reconnection After Payment

  1. 1Make your payment via any available method.
  2. 2Send your payment reference/transaction ID to 01979-191301 or via WhatsApp.
  3. 3Your service will be restored within 1โ€“4 hours of payment confirmation.
  4. 4In most cases, reconnection is automatic within 30โ€“60 minutes of payment posting.
