Your SpeedLinks account password protects your service settings, billing information, and account details. We recommend changing it periodically or immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
How to Reset Your Password
- 1Call our support line at 01979-191301 and identify yourself.
- 2Provide your account number (found on your bill or welcome SMS).
- 3Provide your registered NID number for identity verification.
- 4Our agent will initiate a password reset and send a temporary password via SMS.
- 5Log in with the temporary password and change it to your preferred password immediately.

SpeedLinks will never ask for your password over the phone. If someone calls claiming to be SpeedLinks and asks for your password, hang up and call us directly.
Creating a Strong Password
- Use at least 12 characters
- Mix uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
- Avoid personal information (birthday, name, address)
- Use a unique password not used on other services
- Consider using a password manager (Bitwarden, 1Password) to generate and store passwords
